Be Ready

Be Ready is an event preparation planner for trips, appointments, meetings, school events, and important days. Keep the date, place, note, and to-dos in one clear plan.

Create an event, choose its date and time, add a location or note, and build a checklist around what needs to be ready. Check items off as you go, see your readiness progress, mark every item ready, or reset the checklist.

Use reusable templates for plans you make more than once. Create an event from a template, edit templates separately, or save an existing event as a template. Template copies include the title and checklist text, so each new event can have its own date, details, readiness, reminders, and attachments.

Keep supporting material with the task it belongs to. Each checklist item can hold one PDF, gallery image, or camera photo. You can open an attachment in a compatible app, remove it, or replace it when the plan changes.

Set a one-time reminder before an event or choose recurring preparation reminders for selected days. Dated events also support event-time and advance reminders. Enable notifications when Android asks.

Share a plain-text event plan with its date, location or note, and checked items. Keep your events and attachments together on your device. A one-time purchase can remove ads.
